How will we know who wins?

Once you register your account, we will email you the winner. Once the item is delivered, we request a picture of the person with the item and that will be posted on the site.

Who pays for delivery?

We cover the cost of delivering the item to you as part of your prize.

Is it the same prizes daily?

No, we have different prizes daily and the list will continue to grow. Using our data analytics, we could re-run some of the more popular prizes to be raffled again.

How many times can I enter?

You can enter as many times as you want provided you have enough credit in your wallet. The more entries mean the greater chance you stand of winning.

Can I return my prize if it is defective?

Each item comes with a guarantee which allows you to take it to any of the large retailers for a replacement.

Can I swop my item for cash?

Unfortunately, we do not raffle cash. Should you be the lucky winner we will reward you with that particular item.

Do I get to choose my prize?

No, the daily prize will be advertised on the site for that day. If you wish to enter the draw for that prize, then that is what you will win should you be the lucky winner.

What is Mystery Box?

The mystery box raffle is held at random on no specific day. It will run in conjunction with the draw of the day and will require its own ticket to be purchased for the mystery box prize. The prize will include random items but of value similar to the luxury items being raffled.

What happens if I don’t receive my prize?

All prizes are to be delivered within 72 hours from the time of the draw. Should you not receive your item then you must email us on: support@playraffles.co.za and will get in contact with you.
